Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform under fast-paced conditions.
Must be punctual in accordance with weekly schedule.
Must be willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts. Adherence to Employee Handbook policy on absences, call outs, no call/no shows, holidays, and days off requested is essential.
Maintains atmosphere of aggressive hospitality. Be alert to all customer requests and notifies bartender/server of any customer’s specific needs.
Follows Resort grooming and dress standards.
Appropriate uniform is mandatory attire. Uniforms should be kept clean and pressed. Appearance codes should be followed as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
This position often requires customer contact. Personality must be friendly, aggressively hospitality and well mannered.
Stocks and maintains bars with necessary equipment/product.
Set up and break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
Sweeps broken glass into dustpan. Does not pick up glass by hand.
Uses metal scoop when getting ice from ice bin. Does not use hand or a glass.
Helps kitchen with the initial setup.
Before starting to work, checks in with Supervisor to be notified of specific duties for the shift.
Busses tables thoroughly as directed according to priorities set by Lead or Manager.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
