Dishwasher - Lake Blackshear Resort
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook this position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Duties include: washing pots/pans and all kitchen equipment, washing plates, cups and flat wear, assisting cooks where needed, trash removal to include breakdown of boxes, keeping the docks clean, cleaning garbage cans, and following all sanitation guidelines.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. There is a retention bonus of $100 at 30 days employment; an additional $150 at 60 days of employment and an additional $200 at the end of 90 days. That is a total of $450 in addition to your earnings.

Lake Blackshear Resort has 88 rooms, villas and lake cabins. Classic, minimalist-style on beautiful 8800 acre cypress lake with restaurant, bar, fitness center, conference center, marina with a lake restaurant, 18 hole-golf course, frisbie golf, archery, fishing and family/children’s programs. We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.
